Hoe kan je hierop gaan reageren?<\/p>\n<p>Kort gezegd, de toekomst vergt een \u201ccustomer experience first\u201d aanpak. De dag van vandaag komt 90% van CEO\u2019s overeen over het feit dat de digitale economie een impact zal hebben op hun industrie. Van die groep voert slechts 15% hun digitale strategie uit. Diegene die zich vroeg aanpassen, de &#8220;early adopters&#8221; nemen het voortouw.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom moeten er dus een aantal prioriteiten gesteld worden.
