Onze partners van dit onderzoek hebben we de mogelijkheid gegeven om de resultaten uit de doeken te doen aan de hand van een korte video. Zo krijg je een aflevering te zien over logistiek, online payments, de motieven van de online shopper,&#8230; We starten met Greet Dekocker, directeur van SafeShops.be, die je een eerste inzicht geeft in het online gedrag van de consument. Wist je bijvoorbeeld dat 4% van de consument dagelijks een aankoop doet op een webshop? Maar welke producten kopen ze? Hoe informeren consumenten zich online?
