Ga naar stap 2 indien je dat reeds gedaan hebt en je na 5 werkdagen geen antwoord gekregen of niet tevreden bent met de behandeling van je klacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 2: Draagt de webshop het Becom Trustmark of label?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Hier kan je enkel klacht indienen voor webshops die het Becom Label dragen. (Twijfel je? Check dan <a href=\"https:\/\/becom.digital\/nl\/ledenlijst\/\">hier<\/a> even de ledenlijst). Draagt\u00a0 de webshop geen Becom Trustmark? Dan is Becom niet bevoegd om tussen te komen. Je kan hiervoor wel terecht bij de <a href=\"https:\/\/consumentenombudsdienst.be\/nl\">consumentenombudsdienst<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 3: Wat mag je verwachten?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wij gaan zo snel mogelijk voor je aan de slag. We vragen je om ons 5 werkdagen de tijd te geven om je klacht over te maken en te behandelen met de webshop.
