Pour 23 % des acheteurs en ligne belges, c\u2019est <em>le<\/em> moment par excellence pour faire du shopping en ligne. Cela se traduit \u00e9galement en chiffres : 475 transactions par minute, soit un volume de chiffre d&#8217;affaires de 62 millions d&#8217;euros lors du Black Friday 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes de l&#8217;E-Commerce Barom\u00e8tre* de Becom, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration belge du commerce \u00e9lectronique, confirment que le Black Friday est devenu, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la journ\u00e9e la plus pris\u00e9e pour les achats en ligne, tant en nombre de transactions qu&#8217;en volume g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le 24 novembre 2023, pr\u00e8s de 690 000 transactions en ligne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es en une seule journ\u00e9e, soit environ 60 % de plus qu&#8217;une journ\u00e9e moyenne des soldes d&#8217;hiver ou d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9. Cela repr\u00e9sente 475 transactions par minute, pour un volume total de pr\u00e8s de 62 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les jeunes, les plus grands fans du Black Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les consommateurs attendent avec impatience les promotions du Black Friday. Ainsi, 1 Belge sur 4 affirme faire principalement ses achats en ligne pendant une p\u00e9riode de promotions comme le Black Friday**. De plus, 26 % ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;avance ce qu&#8217;ils vont acheter, tandis que 4 Belges sur 10 pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent se laisser surprendre et d\u00e9cident sur le moment ce qu&#8217;ils ach\u00e8teront.<\/p>\n<p>Les jeunes (18 \u00e0 35 ans) sont les plus sensibles aux bonnes affaires : 31 % d&#8217;entre eux d\u00e9clarent privil\u00e9gier le Black Friday pour leurs achats en ligne. Ce chiffre chute \u00e0 19 % pour les 35-54 ans et \u00e0 17 % pour les 55-65 ans. Pr\u00e8s de 7 r\u00e9pondants sur 10 dans ces deux derni\u00e8res cat\u00e9gories affirment faire leurs achats autant pendant, que hors des p\u00e9riodes de soldes ou des moments de pointe.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que 20 % des hommes d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre plus enclins \u00e0 faire leurs achats en dehors des moments de pointe, contre seulement 13 % des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des cat\u00e9gories de produits sont achet\u00e9es autant pendant qu\u2019en dehors des p\u00e9riodes de soldes ou des moments de pointe. Toutefois, une exception notable concerne les v\u00e9hicules : 34 % des r\u00e9pondants affirment effectuer ce type d\u2019achat principalement lors de p\u00e9riodes promotionnelles comme le Black Friday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Novembre reste le mois phare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impact du Black Friday ne se limite plus uniquement \u00e0 ce vendredi sp\u00e9cifique de novembre. D\u00e8s le lundi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le Black Friday jusqu\u2019au mardi suivant le Cyber Monday, on enregistre des chiffres record.\u00a0 Au cours d\u2019une semaine normale, environ 3 millions de transactions en ligne sont effectu\u00e9es en moyenne. Durant la &#8220;semaine du Black Friday&#8221;, environ 50 % de ces transactions sont ajout\u00e9es et atteignent 4,5 millions de transactions en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Le Black Friday marque traditionnellement le d\u00e9but d&#8217;une p\u00e9riode d&#8217;intense activit\u00e9 en ligne qui se prolonge jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. Saint-Nicolas et ses assistants ach\u00e8tent \u00e9galement avec voracit\u00e9, avec quelque 560 000 transactions. Le mardi 19 d\u00e9cembre 2023 s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre \u00ab le \u00bb meilleur jour pour les achats de No\u00ebl, avec un volume de pr\u00e8s de 49 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab <em>Chaque ann\u00e9e, le d\u00e9bat autour du Black Friday refait surface.
