Pendant le Black Friday, de nombreuses boutiques en ligne r\u00e9pondent aux intentions d&#8217;achat de leurs clients par des actions sp\u00e9ciales ou des promotions accrocheuses.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nGreet Dekocker, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de SafeShops.be, confirme le succ\u00e8s croissant du Black Friday : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous nous attendons \u00e0 un solide Black Friday cette ann\u00e9e, car le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne a r\u00e9cemment pris de l&#8217;ampleur. En 2020, plus de 3 Belges sur 10 se sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e promotionnelle telle que le Black Friday, 22 % des Wallons et 17 % des Belges ayant m\u00eame inscrit la journ\u00e9e dans leur agenda pour ne pas la manquer. Nous pensons que cette attitude n&#8217;aura fait que se renforcer d&#8217;ici 2022 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plus grande notori\u00e9t\u00e9 du Black Friday. De plus, face \u00e0 un pouvoir d&#8217;achat en berne cette ann\u00e9e, les remises attireront encore plus les consommateurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les Belges ont certaines attentes envers les sites en ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon les \u00e9tudes, les Belges ont des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de boutiques en ligne. Les clients en ligne consid\u00e8rent qu&#8217;un large choix (37 %) et des images claires (36 %) sont indispensables \u00e0 un bon site de vente en ligne. Par ailleurs, plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56 %) s&#8217;attendent \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;une boutique en ligne propose des prix et des promotions plus int\u00e9ressants qu&#8217;en magasin. Le Black Friday est donc pour beaucoup une excellente occasion de faire des achats en ligne.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0C&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la raison pour laquelle il est important de bien s\u2019y pr\u00e9parer\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Greet Dekocker. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cr\u00e9ez une liste d&#8217;achats ou demandez aux membres de votre famille leur liste de souhaits pour la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. Comparez les descriptions de produits en amont et recherchez les meilleures offres. De nombreux commer\u00e7ants les annoncent \u00e0 l&#8217;avance. Vous \u00e9viterez ainsi les retours inutiles et les achats impulsifs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>30 % des Belges choisissent des boutiques en ligne locales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nul doute que le Black Friday gagne du terrain, notamment dans le domaine du commerce \u00e9lectronique. La p\u00e9riode elle-m\u00eame g\u00e9n\u00e8re \u00e0 elle seule 4 % ou 464 millions du volume annuel du commerce \u00e9lectronique. Pendant le Black Friday 2021, on a constat\u00e9 un net pic d&#8217;activit\u00e9 autour de l&#8217;heure du d\u00e9jeuner (12 heures) et entre 16 heures et 17 heures. La cat\u00e9gorie la plus populaire* \u00e9tait la MODE, suivie par le mobilier et l&#8217;\u00e9quipement. Le secteur ELECTRO est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9. En outre, vous pouvez opter pour un achat durable et utiliser des moyens de paiement locaux tels que vos \u00e9coch\u00e8ques en ligne. Si vous recherchez une alternative locale pour le produit que vous souhaitez, surfez sur <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.localday.be\/fr\"><em>www.localday.be<\/em><\/a><em> et vous trouverez une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;offres de boutiques en ligne belges.
