Cette enqu\u00eate, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Why5Research \u00e0 la demande de Safeshops.be, \u00e9value le comportement d&#8217;achat en ligne des consommateurs belges.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une croissance en ligne continue, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le coronavirus<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;impact de la crise du coronavirus se refl\u00e8te clairement dans les r\u00e9sultats. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48 %) des participants ont achet\u00e9 davantage en ligne qu&#8217;en 2019. 30 % des consommateurs en ligne (20 % en 2020) ont ainsi pass\u00e9 une commande chaque semaine ou chaque jour. Certains l&#8217;ont m\u00eame fait plus d&#8217;une fois par jour. Selon toute attente, cette tendance \u00e0 la hausse se poursuivra apr\u00e8s la crise de la covid. Pr\u00e8s de 7 consommateurs sur 10 pensent \u00e9galement qu&#8217;ils maintiendront un m\u00eame niveau d&#8217;achat l&#8217;an prochain. 25 % affirment m\u00eame qu&#8217;ils ach\u00e8teront davantage en ligne \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>La Belgian Online Shopper Survey fait \u00e9galement le point sur d&#8217;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui int\u00e9ressent les acheteurs en ligne. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, les consommateurs en ligne sont d&#8217;abord pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la protection de leurs donn\u00e9es. C&#8217;est un fait remarquable. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (54 %) d\u00e9clarent ainsi que le respect de la vie priv\u00e9e est leur principale pr\u00e9occupation, avant m\u00eame la livraison de leur colis en bon \u00e9tat ou la qualit\u00e9 du produit command\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La durabilit\u00e9, mais pas \u00e0 tout prix<\/strong><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u00ab\u00a0<em>La durabilit\u00e9 fait d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante du paysage de l&#8217;e-commerce. Pour 45\u00a0% des acheteurs en ligne, une &#8220;bonne&#8221; boutique en ligne doit y pr\u00eater attention. Notre enqu\u00eate montre que les consommateurs associent principalement la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;emballage<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, explique Greet Dekocker, Managing Director SafeShops.be.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9, les participants \u00e0 l&#8217;enqu\u00eate pensent que les boutiques en ligne devraient se concentrer sur les points suivants : l&#8217;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;emballage respectueux de l&#8217;environnement (41 %), un mode d&#8217;emballage efficace (40 %) et le recyclage des produits (38 %).<\/p>\n<p>Un quart des personnes interrog\u00e9es seraient pr\u00eates \u00e0 payer plus pour des produits durables. 33 % ne le souhaitent pas et 42 % disent qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;ont pas d&#8217;opinion \u00e0 ce sujet. Autre fait notable, les plus de 50 ans sont plus r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 payer davantage pour des produits durables. Dans cette cat\u00e9gorie, seuls 9 % se montrent dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 le faire, contre 32 % parmi les plus jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations (18-30 ans et 31-50 ans). Celles-ci sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 payer un suppl\u00e9ment pour des produits durables.<\/p>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt est un facteur d\u00e9terminant lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de la livraison ou du transport. 57 % optent pour une livraison moins ch\u00e8re, sans porter attention \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9. 72 % des consommateurs accepteraient toutefois une livraison plus tardive de leur colis si celle-ci est op\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re durable.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u00ab\u00a0<em>En tant qu&#8217;organisation sectorielle, nous ne pouvons que nous r\u00e9jouir de l&#8217;importance grandissante de la durabilit\u00e9 dans le domaine du commerce \u00e9lectronique. Nombreuses sont les boutiques en ligne belges qui font d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup d&#8217;efforts \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Des efforts qui ne sont cependant pas toujours per\u00e7us par le consommateur.
