Ce Barom\u00e8tre cartographie le paysage en ligne de notre pays de mani\u00e8re unique en se basant sur les donn\u00e9es transactionnelles. Il livre quelques r\u00e9sultats marquants. Les chiffres montrent une croissance de 7,5 % du march\u00e9 belge du commerce \u00e9lectronique en 2020 par rapport \u00e0 2019. Ce march\u00e9 atteint d\u00e9sormais plus de 8,8 milliards d&#8217;euros. En 2020, ce sont aussi plus de 20.000 nouveaux webshops qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s. La Belgique comptait ainsi un total de 48.000 sites de vente en ligne.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The House of Marketing, l\u2019entreprise de consultance en marketing de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, et SafeShops.be, l&#8217;association belge du commerce \u00e9lectronique, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ce jour les r\u00e9sultats du dernier Barom\u00e8tre E-commerce. Le but est ici d&#8217;offrir des informations issues des commer\u00e7ants en ligne eux-m\u00eames, et ce au travers des donn\u00e9es transactionnelles fournies par les prestataires de services de paiement.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Le volume des transactions grimpe \u00e0 8,8 milliards d&#8217;euros <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>D&#8217;apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es, les boutiques en ligne belges ont enregistr\u00e9 un volume de transactions (un chiffre d&#8217;affaires) de 8,8 milliards d&#8217;euros en 2020. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une augmentation de 7,5 % par rapport \u00e0 2019. Les r\u00e9sultats du Barom\u00e8tre E-commerce montrent \u00e9galement une augmentation significative du nombre de transactions. Pr\u00e8s de 108 millions de transactions ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, soit 26,5 % de plus que l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab La forte croissance des transactions refl\u00e8te des achats en ligne plus fr\u00e9quents par les consommateurs dans le contexte de la crise du coronavirus. Chaque seconde, 3,4 transactions ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour une d\u00e9pense de 279 \u20ac par seconde\u00a0\u00bb, explique Julie Luppens (The House of Marketing). \u00ab Il convient toutefois de noter que cette augmentation de 7,5 % du volume est plus faible que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (2019 : +17 % et 2018 : + 20 %). Cela peut s&#8217;expliquer par la crise et par l&#8217;effondrement des r\u00e9servations en ligne comme les voyages ou encore des tickets de toutes sortes.. Cette chute n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 que partiellement compens\u00e9e par les achats sur internet aupr\u00e8s de petits d\u00e9taillants locaux ou pour la restauration \u00e0 emporter.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Le monde des PME pr\u00e9sent en ligne\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Notre pays comptait 48.181 boutiques en ligne en 2020,\u00a0 dont plus de 20.000 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es au cours de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. 63 % de ces nouvelles venues figurent dans le segment des petits webshops et de microboutiques en ligne. C&#8217;est aussi dans ces segments qu&#8217;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es les plus fortes hausses de chiffre d&#8217;affaires : le segment micro conna\u00eet une augmentation de 67 % et celui des petites boutiques en ligne une hausse de 40 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Le nombre de boutiques en ligne belges a grimp\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che. En 2020, 1.579 boutiques en ligne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es chaque mois, soit pr\u00e8s de quatre fois plus que l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le nombre de webshops belges atteint ainsi un niveau record \u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Greet Dekocker, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de SafeShops.be. <em>\u00ab Les confinements de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re sont sans aucun doute l&#8217;une des raisons de cette forte augmentation. Nombreuses sont les initiatives locales qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 l&#8217;honneur, avec une offre qui a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 boost\u00e9e. De plus en plus de consommateurs font d\u00e9sormais confiance au commerce \u00e9lectronique. Nous esp\u00e9rons donc qu&#8217;un grand nombre de ces nouvelles boutiques en ligne pourront continuer \u00e0 servir leurs clients apr\u00e8s la crise<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Des exportations pour 1,4 milliard d&#8217;euros<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les acheteurs en ligne \u00e9trangers ont \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 le chemin vers nos webshops belges. En effet, selon les chiffres, 16 % du volume des transactions proviennent de l&#8217;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les cinq premiers pays qui ach\u00e8tent aupr\u00e8s des commerces en ligne belges : la France (29 %), les Pays-Bas (23 %), la Grande-Bretagne (8 %), l&#8217;Allemagne (7 %) et les \u00c9tats-Unis (7 %). Les Am\u00e9ricains sont les plus d\u00e9pensiers. La valeur moyenne de leur panier d&#8217;achats est de 375 \u20ac. En comparaison, elle est de 116 \u20ac pour les N\u00e9erlandais et de 120 \u20ac pour les Fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pic d&#8217;activit\u00e9s en 2020<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les mois de janvier et de novembre 2020 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des p\u00e9riodes particuli\u00e8rement actives, avec un volume d\u00e9passant \u00e0 chaque fois 800 millions d&#8217;euros. C&#8217;est le lundi qu&#8217;on enregistre le plus grand nombre de transactions. A l&#8217;inverse, le samedi est le jour le moins actif.<\/p>\n<p>La meilleure semaine de 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 celle du 23 novembre, au cours de laquelle des volumes records ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints chaque jour, avec un pic lors du <em>Black Friday<\/em>. Ce jour-l\u00e0, 7 transactions par seconde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, pour 59,7 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Le mois de mars a, en revanche, enregistr\u00e9 le plus petit volume de ventes (649 millions d&#8217;euros). Le 14 mars 2020, premier jour du premier confinement, est aussi la journ\u00e9e qui a vu le plus petit volume (moins de 13,5 millions d&#8217;euros) de transactions.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de cette cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition montrent que le commerce \u00e9lectronique impr\u00e8gne toujours davantage notre vie quotidienne. Pouss\u00e9s ou non par les circonstances, des consommateurs toujours plus nombreux trouvent le chemin des boutiques en ligne belges. Nous observons \u00e9galement une plus grande confiance dans l&#8217;e-commerce, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des consommateurs que des commer\u00e7ants en ligne.
