Avec la fermeture de magasins physiques, la digitalisation gagne rapidement du terrain. <strong>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, le commerce \u00e9lectronique tire son \u00e9pingle\u00a0du jeu\u00a0: les boutiques en ligne sont toujours ouvertes et l\u2019on peut aujourd\u2019hui presque tout acheter online.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas aussi simple. Le paysage en ligne doit \u00e9galement faire face \u00e0 de nombreux enjeux qui sont la cons\u00e9quence du coronavirus. Il suffit de penser aux ruptures de stock ou \u00e0 la surcharge du syst\u00e8me, mais aussi \u00e0 la disparition totale de pans majeurs du commerce \u00e9lectronique, les voyages et la billetterie \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle. Certes, le bricolage, les outils de jardinage, l\u2019alimentation et les produits pharmaceutiques connaissent actuellement des pics d\u2019activit\u00e9s, surtout si leur pr\u00e9sence en ligne est bien assur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, on peut encore faire mieux. De nombreuses jardineries, qui ne disposent aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019aucune plateforme en ligne, se retrouvent avec un \u00e9norme stock de fleurs et de plantes en raison de la fermeture de leur entreprise. En revanche, celles qui proposent une offre online sont peut-\u00eatre confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de produits frais.<span style=\"color: #ff9500;\"><strong> Il serait utile que ces entreprises se parlent, et oublient un moment toute concurrence. Mais je suis peut-\u00eatre trop na\u00efve.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Essayons de surfer sur cette vague positive et unissons nos efforts pour aider les entreprises qui ne sont pas encore actives sur internet. Nous lan\u00e7ons donc un appel au monde en ligne : prenez contact avec le monde hors ligne. Les secteurs en ligne et hors ligne vivent trop souvent s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Les commerces physiques ne connaissent souvent pas les solutions offertes par internet.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que secteur, nous devons prendre nos responsabilit\u00e9s et apporter notre pierre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice en ces temps difficiles. Nous devons aider les entreprises \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes en ligne le plus rapidement possible. Il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses initiatives que nous ne pouvons qu\u2019applaudir.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que nous ayons une relation amour-haine avec elles, <strong>les places de march\u00e9 en ligne comme bol.com ou Amazon peuvent \u00e9galement offrir un d\u00e9bouch\u00e9.<\/strong> Des stocks peuvent en effet \u00eatre propos\u00e9s rapidement online au travers de ces grands acteurs internationaux. Ne serait-ce donc pas le moment pour les entreprises de faire leurs premiers pas en ligne ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u2019autant que les boutiques en ligne belges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un fort pouvoir d\u2019attraction<\/strong>. Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont montr\u00e9 que les clients \u00e9trangers sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 prendre le chemin de nos sites de vente. Le moment est peut-\u00eatre venu de mettre en avant les produits et les magasins belges aux yeux du monde.
