Il a parl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s de Di et il a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 quelques conseils pour augmenter le taux de conversion. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Quelle est votre exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans le e-commerce ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David<\/strong>: J\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re boutique eCommerce via mon agence de consultance eBusiness en 2007 o\u00f9 nous aidions de grands noms fran\u00e7ais du eCommerce.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai ensuite travaill\u00e9 pour des lancements de projets eCommerce dans le secteur de la parapharmacie et de la pharmacie en Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2017, je travaille chez Di. J\u2019ai mis en place le lancement du site eCommerce <a href=\"http:\/\/di.be\/\">di.be<\/a> \u2013 notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u0153ur, Planet Parfum, s&#8217;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9e \u00a0depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, il \u00e9tait donc temps de suivre leur exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : La boutique en ligne de Di a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e il y a 2 ans, qu\u2019avez-vous appris dans les 2 ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> M\u00eame en ayant lanc\u00e9 tard notre boutique en ligne, nous sommes devenus un acteur incontournable de la beaut\u00e9 en ligne en Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Comment nous avons atteint cette position ? En prenant en compte le traffic &#8220;web to store&#8221; et &#8220;store to web&#8221; de nos clients et en optimisant leur exp\u00e9rience tant en ligne qu&#8217;en magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes partis d\u2019une feuille vierge o\u00f9 il a fallu tout cr\u00e9er : digitaliser le catalogue, mettre en place les processus entre d\u00e9partements et permettre \u00e0 notre logistique d\u2019\u00eatre la plus efficace possible pour g\u00e9rer les pics d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mais nous ne cessons pas d\u2019\u00e9voluer. De nouvelles technologies ou comportements clients apparaissent quotidiennement, il faut apprendre sans cesse les nouveaut\u00e9s pour les int\u00e9grer au mieux dans le parcours client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Le 20 f\u00e9vrier nous visitons<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Di et Planet Parfum avec SafeShops.be. Nous ferons une visite guid\u00e9e dans les centres de distribution, qu\u2019allons-nous y voir ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> Toute la distribution en ligne de Di et Planet Parfum est g\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de nos centres de distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Vous verrez comment nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 notre processus de picking e-commerce \u00e0 notre processus magasin tout en \u00e9tant efficace et souple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Qu\u2019est que les autres boutiques en ligne peuvent apprendre de Di ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> Customer centric, Mobile first et tests sont nos 3 leitmotivs. Rien d\u2019exceptionnel \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue mais la difficult\u00e9 est de prendre en compte ces 3 points dans TOUTES nos actions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Avec ton exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019e-commerce je crois que vous avez aid\u00e9 strat\u00e9giquement \u00e0 faire cro\u00eetre Di en ligne. Quels canaux et m\u00e9dias utilisez-vous pour \u00e9lever le taux de conversion ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> Nous travaillons sur tous les canaux \u00e0 notre disposition : SEO, SEA, Social, Affiliation, Radio, TV.<\/p>\n<p>Certains canaux sont plus difficiles \u00e0 monitorer (TV, Radio) mais s\u2019inscrivent dans une exp\u00e9rience client globale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Travaillez-vous avec des cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 afin de donner une r\u00e9duction aux clients fid\u00e8les ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> Nous proposons en magasin une carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 dont les avantages seront totalement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur notre site en 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Quelles actions sont mises en place afin d&#8217;aider \u00e0 \u00e9lever le taux de conversion? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong> Nous avons un folder de promotion qui sort tous les 15 jours. Nous effectuons \u00e9galement 1 \u00e0 2 tests A\/B par semaine. De cette mani\u00e8re, nous avons remarqu\u00e9 que sur certaines cat\u00e9gories un bouton d\u2019une couleur diff\u00e9rente sur mobile et desktop avait un impact non n\u00e9gligeable sur le taux de conversion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeShops.be : Pour conclure, avez-vous encore des conseils pour des boutiques en ligne qui viennent d\u2019\u00eatre lanc\u00e9es ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>David :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ouvrir une boutique en ligne, c\u2019est comme ouvrir un magasin dans une impasse. M\u00eame avec les meilleurs services et produits il faut faire conna\u00eetre son site. Il faut investir en communication.
